Our Purpose

Like many race shops Factory Suspension Works started in a garage. As racers ourselves, we used other suspension services for years to improve our bikes handling and performance, but realized their valving was limited to a specific type of terrain. A motocross setup would be unrideable on the trails, and a soft setup for rocky terrain would be too dangerous at high speeds. Over decades the industry has been conditioned to accept that suspension can only be set up for one discipline.

Based in Colorado we are fortunate to have the most versatile off-road terrain in the world, and it only makes sense to have suspension that can perform in all of it. With this goal in mind, after years of testing and fine-tuning valving settings, we have been able to achieve the most versatile dirt bike suspension available. Once you receive your modified suspension from us you will notice a major improvement right out of the gate, but unlike our competitors we encourage our riders to test and make clicker adjustments for themselves. We take great pride in educating our riders on setup and why their suspension components behave the way they do. Through testing, you are able to learn how the bike handles and fine tune your settings to your riding style. This allows you to use the full range of adjustments provided which is what makes our suspension so versatile.

In addition to chassis and suspension adjustments, tires with air, Tubliss, or bib mousses are just as important as suspension. Have a great suspension, and put on the wrong tire, your suspension will feel terrible, no matter how good the valving is.

Our goal is to produce and help our customers receive the best possible riding package available. We do this with our suspension set ups along with sharing our experience and acquired knowledge about the different products available that improve performance and handling.
